PrepSync provides an AI-powered technical interview preparation and job matching platform. The service includes mock interviews, coding challenges, resume analysis, and job board access.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (Starter or Pro). Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Subscription limits (e.g., job applications per week) are strictly enforced as detailed on our Pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, spamming the job board, uploading malicious files, or using the Platform to harass others.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrepSync is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the Platform will result in a job offer. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
